Because of the Training and Development origins of our company, the most common types of products we are building are learning platforms, learning games, mobile learning, and job performance apps. Therefore, experience in the design and development of custom LMS or a custom learning platform will be a plus.

Because of the 100% virtual setup of the company, all communications will have to be handled over digital channels (we mainly use Skype, Zoom, Google Hangouts, and email), apart from infrequent on-site meetings. Some travel may be required. Also, while you can live anywhere in the world while working for SweetRush, we expect everyone to be able to maintain the US business hours for meetings and collaboration.

A bit about SweetRush—This year we will celebrate our 19th anniversary creating people development and learning solutions. We have a very significant list of high-profile clients, and we are very good at keeping clients happy; we are considered by many of our peers to be the best learning and development vendor in the industry. We are a powerhouse of blended learning solutions and extremely adept at crafting highly engaging, graphically rich user experiences. We have a fantastic team and culture and a near-zero turnover of employees and clients. We are that unique kind of company where everyone feels respected, and we care. In 2009 we went virtual and our team is geographically distributed, but very tightly connected, including our wholly-owned subsidiary in Costa Rica.

We have been growing our capabilities and team over the years, and even in this disruptive time of the pandemic, we are hopeful for the future.

If the above describes your interests and experience, please submit a current resume and your salary requirements. We look forward to meeting you!

Please note: We're all about remote work and have collaborators based all around the world; however, SweetRush is a US-based company, and English is our primary language. If you'd like to be considered for this opportunity, please submit your resume in English.

If you see a bug please report it! Help us maintain the quality of jobs posted on Remote Europe.
