As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Research and understand user needs and market gaps.
  • Identify and develop new product features and engaging experiences for our users.
  • Determine metrics to evaluate the success of new ideas and prioritize ways to make continual improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally (with engineers, UX designers, marketing, etc) to launch your features.
  • Balance strategic projects while maintaining product momentum and launch schedules.
  • Focus on product excellence ensuring a high-quality standard on all product releases. 
  • Work closely with content and revenue  teams to develop engaging and monetizable content.
  • Monitor key success metrics including and report on users’ reactions following the launch.
  • Help define a user-focused strategy for the wildly popular WordFinder Web.
  • Lead the evolution of the WordFinder Web brand.

 

What you will need to be successful:

  • A history of entrepreneurship and/or building great products a must.
  • Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior and marketing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO and web customer acquisition strategies.
  • Facilitate global (cross timezone) brainstorming and collaborative design sessions.
  • Proven track record with product go to market strategies.
  • Experience with ad revenue.
  • Great communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Background in products geared towards today's generation of gamers.
  • Highly organized, strong follow-up. 
  • Self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Resourceful problem solver.
  • Critical thinker.
  • Highly intelligent, with strong academic credentials or experience.
  • Loves talking with customers to help discover opportunities.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Businesses and marketing background.
