What are we looking for?

- Experience in managing 3rd party provider – performance, relationship and process improvements
- Knowledge of I2C leading systems, processes and policies
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, obtain mutual agreement as to resolution and implement change
- Strong problem solving skills
- Demonstrated business process management desirable
- Trade accounting experience a plus
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Defining the direction, establishing strategies, goals and objectives for the Mars Financial Service Accounts Receivable organization
- Ensuring functional performance and delivery is maintained
- Providing leadership and expertise regarding Golden Processes for Accounts Receivable in Europe, working closely with Business Process Owners and 3rd party provider
- Representing Mars Financial Services at Trade conferences and other interactions with the trade or on industry groups
- Taking up a role of sponsor and stakeholder for of 3rd party provider and Mars I2C initiatives
- Creating and managing governance and escalation process with all unit CFO’s and Senior Sales leaders supported by 3rd party provider
- Helping 3rd party supplier influence and negotiate with internal and external customers to settle differences and win concessions without damaging relationships
- Enabling the communication within Mars organization and help drive critical project initiatives for I2C
- Supporting change management activities and business buy in as required
- Cooperating with service providers on the process effectiveness through continuous improvement, transformation and automation
- Cooperating with transition team on resource planning, timelines and required inputs
