Looking into 2020 and beyond with full strength, we are growing our Human Relations Team and we are searching for a Recruitment Specialist to assist in talent acquisition processes and in strengthening our position as employer of choice. The ideal candidate will be based in Malta, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing our recruitment channels
  • Building candidate pipelines
  • Researching the talent market to find relevant audiences
  • Finding new candidate sources
  • Running end-to-end selection processes
  • Providing excellent candidate experience and building relationships with potential and existing candidates
  • Supporting Hiring managers in their efforts to hire the right people

 

Requirements:

You’ll fit in perfectly if you…

  • Have proven experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for various roles and seniority levels
  • Are used to selecting candidates based on score cards systems
  • Have the ability to deal with high recruitment volumes and complexity, managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Are fluent in English, other European languages are a great plus
  • Posses good time-management skills
  • Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Are able to to manage candidates throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Have good interviewing and assessment skills
  • Are a master of relationship building and networking
