Job Summary

In this role you will be responsible for the project management of online events –– summits, masterclasses, webinars, etc.. You will work in conjunction with other project managers to ensure an on-time launch of a new event almost every week. You will interact extensively with the client to guide and educate them on meeting their deliverables in a timely manner. You will also ensure that all internal team members understand their tasks and funnel the information they need to complete them on time.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills. They must be extremely flexible and able to work in an ad-hoc environment, excellent at making sense of chaos and comfortable with constant change.

Primarily you will work a flexible 40 hours per week while ensuring you have general availability from 11 am – 4 pm U.S. Eastern. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Produce 40+ events per year in conjunction with other project managers
  • Manage projects primarily via Asana and Basecamp
  • Execute and update project plans and templates
  • Ensure event hosts understand their deliverables, responsibilities, and meet their deadlines
  • Project manage the internal operations team and coordinate with other departments for assignments and meeting deadlines

 

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience of project management
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills while maintaining flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to pivot quickly and manage chaos
  • Self-starter that can research to make sense of things without oversight
  • Ability to lead and harness collaboration in a remote working environment
  • Willingness to work extended hours to ensure that projects are completed (as needed)
  • Basic understanding of video editing, graphic design, website development development, ecommerce, affiliate marketing and transcription is beneficial
  • Competency in Asana, Basecamp, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a constant influx of communication – email, Google Document comments/assignments, Slack, Asana & Basecamp
  • Dedication to improving diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Knowledge of functional medicine and alternative health is a plus
