Symphony is a partner and preferred vendor of Google Ventures, StartX, and Y Combinator. We like to tackle challenging projects in fields such as biotech, machine learning, IoT, wearables, and augmented reality.

 

Job Description:

  • Drive, develop and execute performance management strategies, build a continuous learning culture and contribute to organizational effectiveness and change
  • Support General Manager's in leading, planning and executing talent review, succession planning and other learning and talent development processes based on business needs
  • Work collaboratively and provide support to internal business stakeholders in the people development and delivery of the leadership and talent development initiatives
  • Individual coaching sessions and team workshops within the hubs
  • Assist with organizational development initiatives such as employee engagement programs, communication platforms, and events
  • Participates in implementing organizational development, transformation and change management
  • Design, implementation, and connecting Compensation and Benefits strategy with Performance Management within the hubs

 

Key skills and position requirements:

  • A University degree in Psychology would be considered as an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Business Partner role, Learning and Talent Development or related areas
  • People-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within teams
  • Resourceful, adaptable and able to integrate relevant information to develop solutions and solve issues
  • Strong strategic, analytical thinking and communication skills, both written and verbal
