EDITED is looking for an experienced Growth Director to join our commercial team.

This senior role requires a data-obsessed problem-solver who can bring true innovation and collaboration to help grow our industry-leading product with an iterative and methodical approach to our go-to-market, right through to thinking about how our product works to drive growth.

It will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to ensure EDITED is using all of its assets and its people properly to grow, and to bring with him or her an expert knowledge of the best tools and analytics to help make informed choices about where to place bets on channels and techniques.

 

What You’ll Do:

Driving the growth engine

  • You will be the directly responsible individual for increasing growth in our sales pipeline, product adoption & utilisation.
  • You will own our ABM initiatives and any other outbound activities (both paid and organic) run by EDITED. Our ABM team is responsible for reaching prospective customers directly - you’ll be responsible for strategy and execution.
  • You’ll own our top 50 prospects list and ICP definition.
  • You’ll collaborate with marketing leadership on the strategy for owned events such as our event series, EDITIONS.
  • You will be responsible for our inbound lead channel, and will work closely with marketing on appropriate content, visual style, product marketing and enablement.
  • You will think about how people use EDITED, and how we can help everyone who uses EDITED help spread the word and refer other customers in a clever, thoughtful way.
  • Similarly, we have a lot of happy customers who would be delighted to refer us to other customers, we’d like you to make the best of that.

 

Data Analysis

  • You’ll use data to analyse performance and iterate strategy and tactics across all channels, including field marketing.
  • Own all data and analytics tools that contribute directly to growth, and have a command of the data and analytics skills used by our product team. You’ll work with our product and engineering team on the implementation of data and analytics tools.
  • You will teach how to use tools (and where necessary, package data) for use by the ABM, BDR, AE and leadership teams to help make real-time decisions that will drive growth.

 

Things You Should Have:

  • A love of all things data, statistics, growth hacking, and sales psychology
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a comparable role
  • Very strong knowledge of all commonly-used data and analytics tools
  • Deep technical domain skills in financial model building (Excel), query building (SQL), statistics skills, and BI tooling knowledge (such as Tableau)
  • Leadership skills, strong communication
  • An understanding of growth marketing tactics, in particular content marketing and SEO principles.
  • An understanding of growth through product behaviours, and how to influence K-factor with a product.
  • Excellent and persuasive written communication skills.

 

The role is a full-time position reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer based in New York. EDITED is a remote-first company, and will accept applicants globally.
