We are currently looking for a Global Head of Recruiting to develop and lead our global talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading our recruiting function, helping to cultivate the team that fuels Virtasant's rapid growth by finding the very best people in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
  • Develop a technology-driven, highly-automated screening and assessment process that ensures that we only hire the best candidates
  • Establish and manage outcome-focused global recruiting processes that are data-driven to provide our executive team with real-time visibility
  • Ensure that our talent pipeline is highly diverse and that we attract candidates from a wide range of geographies, backgrounds and perspectives
  • Treat our candidates as well as we treat our clients, and establish a talent-centric recruiting model with a unique, personalized candidate experience

 

Requirements

  • Significant experience (5+ years) recruiting in a professional services or technology product organization
  • Experience (3+ years) leading recruiting teams and driving successful recruiting outcomes
  • A strong understanding of data-driven recruiting practices and outcome-oriented methods (OKRs, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Experience establishing and designing recruiting processes and reporting
  • Familiarity with talent management and applicant tracking systems
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
  • Experience recruiting globally across all major continents is a plus
