What We’re Looking For

This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class Marketing team in an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation. As SOTI continues to grow we need to reach more potential and existing customers in the digital realm in innovative and effective ways with a strong focus on conversion. We are looking for a proactive individual with hands on experience in the major digital marketing platforms and a history of driving business through online marketing efforts. Together with a counterpart responsible for the other global regions, the right candidate will continue to build out SOTI’s online marketing footprint and drive leads for the business in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is analytical and numbers-focused and who will roll up their sleeves and have their hands on keys when it comes to all of our digital marketing efforts in the Eastern Hemisphere.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, launch and optimize search engine marketing ads/campaigns

  • Build, launch and optimize ads/campaigns in other digital channels including social media and YouTube

  • Proactively seek out and recommend new digital channels (eg. podcast networks, sponsorships, review sites, etc) with a focus on driving sales leads and ROI

  • Together with Marketing Technologist, manage SEO strategy and tactics (on-page and off-page)

  • Proactively champion digital marketing best practices across all channels and touchpoints internally

  • Regularly monitor all digital marketing activities in the region, optimize and report on all KPIs

  • Work with internal teams (Sales Development, Sales, etc) to continuously improve quality of leads driven by digital marketing campaigns and their close rate

 

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 8-10 years marketing experience, majority spent managing performance-based paid social, search, display, or other digital marketing, preferably at a fast growing B2B company

  • Advanced experience setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads or other search platforms

  • A solid understanding and implementation experience in re-targeting, custom audiences, and personalization including the back end set up (eg. tags, cookies, etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience of driving conversions through digital marketing campaigns, especially SEM

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within one’s department as well as cross-functionally

  • Average to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Microsoft SharePoint is a plus)

  • Average to advanced Google Analytics skills

  • Suggest and draft content (SEM ads, YouTube video ad descriptions, lead gen form copy, etc) for ads and campaigns as required

  • Google certifications are a plus

  • Experience in driving B2B leads is a plus

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation software such as Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, etc is a plus

  • Persuasive ad copywriting skills is a plus

  • Experience running global campaigns is a plus (translation, working with local agencies, etc)
