Are you solution driven, highly organized, ambitious and passionate about helping brands succeed on social media and beyond? Do you have experience in running projects, a proactive attitude and thrive in a fast-moving environment? Do you have a background in owning or running the day to day operations of a startup? Then you may be our new Customer Innovation Manager! We are looking for a new member to join our Customer Success Team to deeply understand our clients and their needs and to develop our business further to offer more value to both our existing customers and future customers. In this role you will:

  • Conduct market research to see what is being offered for the pain point in question and see how we can approach the challenge in an innovative way.
  • Work with CSM and Growth teams to develop new innovative solutions to solve our current and future customers' pain points.
  • Develop all solution related material, from description, pricing, go-to-market strategy and practical procedures so we can quickly test out new ideas in the market.
  • Independently manage and build processes and projects, managing your time and resources in an efficient manner.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
  • Solution driven fast thinker and an independent self-starter who thrives in the unknown, able to work under limited to no supervision. Innovative mindset, not seeing roadblocks, but challenges ready to be overcome.
  • Background in a startup environment in account management, growth hacking, product development or leadership role.
  • Eagerness to develop new solution offering from the ground up, from go to market strategy, pricing, sales material and internal operations plan to quickly test new solutions to see if they take off and then can scale to a wider audience.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or related fields.
  • Hunger to develop and learn more, team player with high integrity and work moral.
  • Interest and genuine passion for social media and a sales-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Hands on experience with Facebook advertising, be Facebook Ad certified, in-depth knowledge about the platform.
  • Experience in SaaS, tech or marketing startup.
